Overview

Fleetlery is a Hamburg start-up. Its platform bundles delivery orders from retailers, supermarkets and restaurants and assigns them to available couriers. This makes same-day delivery reliable to plan. From September 2025 to April 2026 we raised Fleetlery’s profile in Germany through strategy, press relations and media training. We positioned founders Micheal Kingreen and Timo Kerzel as experts in delivery logistics.

Challenge

Competition on the last mile is tough, and the media often take a critical view of the sector. A young platform company had to show retail and logistics media that it is a B2B provider with a real solution. It needed to set its own topics backed by solid figures rather than only respond to industry debates.

Solution

After a strategy workshop and communications plan in October 2025, we started with seasonal topics such as the winter delivery boom and same-day delivery in the Christmas season. After that, the focus was on three representative YouGov surveys commissioned by Fleetlery: on how much same-day delivery matters, on unwanted purchases that never get sent back, and on what customers expect from pharmacies.

We added interviews, guest articles in trade media such as Digitale Welt and E-Commerce Magazin, and media training for the spokespeople.

Impact

In total, our own outreach generated 42 articles. The returns survey reached consumer media such as stern, Frankfurter Neue Presse and MSN, and trade media such as Textilwirtschaft. Further coverage appeared in Etailment, Logistik heute (online and print), Lebensmittel Praxis, Onlinehändler-News, Pharmazeutische Zeitung, trans aktuell and MM Logistik, among others. Interviews also brought the founders into Westfalenpost and Westfälische Rundschau.
