Overview

Snubes is a Berlin tech start-up that uses artificial intelligence to support companies with outsourcing. Both founders had observed with their clients how tedious and often unsuccessful the search for the right call centre can be. The search for and evaluation of providers alone could cost a company months, while simple comparability of providers and a data-based decision were hardly possible. The company was therefore founded in 2017 with the aim of bringing transparency to the call centre market. The platform enables clients to find the right service provider for their individual requirements simply and efficiently. There are currently three locations, in Berlin, Bottighofen and New York.

Challenge

The number of call centres on the market is enormous, yet most people do not know what to look for in their search. On top of that, the industry generally does not enjoy a high reputation. Our task is to make the B2B product known to the target group and at the same time present it as a positive business tool. The main task is to place Snubes’ USPs in the relevant media and blogs in such a way that awareness grows and the product can establish itself further in the German and international market.

Solution

As a PR agency and mouthpiece in the German-speaking region, we place the company and its founder in the relevant business magazines, as well as in renowned trade media of the outsourcing industry, podcasts and other start-up media.

The founder is also placed as an expert on outsourcing topics in major trade media through interviews, in order to build trust in the brand and the company. We regularly organise editorial tours and position the company’s messages deliberately in the public eye.

Impact

Awareness of the company was noticeably increased in the German-speaking region: through interviews in the press, guest articles and publications in Germany’s largest outsourcing trade media, more than 1.7 million readers were reached in the first three months.
