2026 is still young, but a lot has already happened at Fullstop Public Relations. The agency, which specialises in communications across the entire DACH region, has recently won seven new clients in Austria – including the Austrian tour operator BILLA Reisen and the delivery platform foodora.

Vienna, 12 March 2026. While many companies are putting on the brakes in view of Austria’s still strained economic situation, Fullstop Public Relations is sending a clear signal in the opposite direction. The communications agency has started 2026 with seven newly won clients in Austria – among them BILLA Reisen and foodora, two of the most visible brands in their respective industries. “It is precisely in a challenging environment that you see how much strategic communication really matters to companies,” explains Nikolaus Pjeta, owner and CEO of Fullstop Public Relations. For him, the year has got off to a promising start: “Winning seven new mandates in Austria recently confirms our approach: integrated communications, clearly strategic and with the ambition of achieving measurable impact,” the communications expert emphasises.

A tourism account that sends a signal: DERTOUR brand BILLA Reisen is convinced

The new mandates include the Austrian tour operator BILLA Reisen, part of DERTOUR Austria GmbH. With it, Fullstop PR has taken over PR for one of the best-known travel brands in the country. “We were just preparing new projects for our tour operator brands when Fullstop PR contacted us. After a few conversations and a presentation, we quickly knew that we wanted to take the next PR steps for BILLA Reisen with the team of Vienna managing director Christoph Breitenfelder and Vienna agency lead Chiara Sergi. They won us over with fresh ideas and creative approaches,” says Daniela Ebeert, Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability at DERTOUR Austria, about the collaboration.

One of the leading delivery platforms relies on Fullstop PR

With foodora, one of Austria’s leading delivery platforms also joins the client portfolio. The well-known and highly visible brand exemplifies the growing importance of platform and digital brands in the communications industry. Emmanuelle Minichini, interim Head of PR Europe at foodora, comments on working with the agency in Austria: “I have been working with Fullstop PR in Berlin for almost two years and am always impressed by their professionalism and creative approach. When we were looking for a new partner for our PR activities in Austria, it made sense to talk to Fullstop PR’s Vienna office first. After just a few conversations, it was clear that the agency is the right choice for our press work in Austria as well.”

From a commercial law firm to a health start-up

In addition to the brands mentioned above, five more companies have recently started relying on Fullstop PR for communications support in Austria: the European commercial law firm Fieldfisher, which has had an office in Vienna for almost three years; Orthos, a specialist orthodontic laboratory that has developed the anti-snoring splint LunaSol; the Styrian health start-up BerBerSan with the world’s first liquid berberine preparation (“Berberstin”); Ideal Work, an Italian company for decorative cement and microcement solutions; and KAPO, the first Austrian manufacturer of windows that are not only sustainable but genuinely fully circular.

Next steps planned

“For us, growth is the result of clear positioning and consistent work,” affirms Fullstop PR CEO Pjeta, who is determined to continue on this course: “With the accounts we have won recently, we have made a strong start to the year – and our team and structures are set up to actively support further exciting and demanding brands.”
