Maria Samos Sanchez is once again taking on the role of Managing Director at Fullstop PR. After several years in senior positions at renowned agencies, she returns to Fullstop – the consultancy she already led from 2018 to 2020. Together with the agency management and CEO Nikolaus Pjeta, she is responsible for the company’s strategic development and, in particular, for expanding its positioning in the technology sector. With more than two decades of experience in media and technology communications, she is to further sharpen the agency’s international focus. One priority is the strategic support of international companies that want to gain a foothold in the DACH region or sustainably expand their market position.

Berlin, 5 March 2026. Maria Samos Sanchez takes over as Managing Director of Fullstop Public Relations GmbH with immediate effect. She returns to an agency that has developed dynamically in recent years and established itself as an innovative, creative communications consultancy with a distinctive corporate culture. Fullstop PR is represented in Germany and Austria and has grown significantly in recent years. The consultancy stands for strategic innovation, creative excellence and a corporate culture that combines entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit and an international perspective. Together with the agency management and CEO Nikolaus Pjeta, Samos Sanchez will shape the next phase of development. The aim is to position the consultancy even more clearly as a strategic partner for technology-driven companies with international ambitions. “Tech companies rarely fail because of innovation, but because of unclear market positioning,” explains Nikolaus Pjeta, founder and CEO of Fullstop PR. He continues: “Maria has the ability to sharpen complex business models precisely and develop viable narratives for different markets from them. Especially for international companies that want to build trust and visibility in the DACH region, this translation work is crucial.”

Communication in the age of AI: positioning as a growth driver

In her first 100 days, Samos Sanchez is setting three priorities: strategic profiling in the tech sector, the structured expansion of new business and the development of an integrated consulting approach with an international perspective. This is intended to make Fullstop PR even more visible as a sparring partner for organisations planning to enter or scale in the German-speaking market. “What many companies lack is clear communicative positioning. Innovation alone does not create market leadership. International providers often underestimate how different media logic, regulatory frameworks and expectations are in the DACH region. That is exactly where we come in,” says Maria Samos Sanchez. A central element is the integration of classic media relations, thought leadership, content strategy, social media and presence in AI-based search and information environments, including Generative Engine Optimization. “Especially in the age of AI, what matters is not only what a company achieves, but how it is understood – by journalists, investors, partners and digital information systems. Anyone who does not think about communication holistically loses relevance,” emphasises Samos Sanchez.

Experience at the intersection of media and technology

Samos Sanchez has almost 30 years of experience in media companies, corporations and agencies. Her career began in television and radio; she later held senior positions in B2B and technology communications. Most recently, she managed international mandates in InsurTech, HealthTech, fintech, mobility, tourism and SaaS. “International strategies have to be translated into local relevance. The DACH region is not a homogeneous market. Anyone who wants to grow here needs cultural understanding, reliable media contacts and a clearly defined communicative positioning,” says Samos Sanchez. With this, Fullstop PR underlines its ambition to strategically support growth-oriented technology companies with an international focus in the DACH region. “Communication is not an add-on, but part of value creation. Anyone who wants to expand globally needs a narrative that investors, media, partners and AI systems can all understand,” Samos Sanchez concludes.
