Overview
Challenge
The logistics property market is often dominated by large, internationally active developers. Many companies are also unaware that there are partners who can guide them from the search for a site to the finished building. GO ASSET needed to become known as a hands-on, solution-oriented developer with integrated legal, commercial and technical expertise, including beyond logistics.
Solution
Following a strategy meeting and a PR approach, we developed topics that offer genuine value to decision-makers. A press release on “tailor-made renting instead of expensive building” explained why built-to-suit solutions are also attractive to companies as a rental option.
In September, we communicated a project milestone: Log Center Adria II in Sežana, Slovenia, with around 50,000 square metres, raising GO ASSET’s development volume in Slovenia to over 150,000 square metres. We also arranged interviews with Andreas Liebsch, for example on location factors and the logistics market.
Impact
Since June 2026, more than 15 pieces have appeared, including in Die Presse in print and online, among them interviews with Andreas Liebsch, as well as in ChefInfo, New Business, ImmoFokus, immoflash, Österreichische Immobilien Zeitung, Immobilien Investment and Immobilien Magazin.
