A phone interview for a daily paper, a live radio conversation, a TV statement outside the factory or an hour-long podcast all need different preparation. Good training tries these formats out, ideally on camera and followed by a review.<\/p>\n

Body language, voice, pace and short sentences make a big difference. Many participants are surprised when they see themselves on video for the first time. Small changes, such as pausing instead of filling silence, have an immediate effect.<\/p>\n
